Interregnum: False Prophet is a tactical, turn-based strategy game about surviving in a post-apocalyptic world of eternal winter.
Experience the emotional journey of the False Prophet, a desperate parent who leads a group of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world. The promise of a land, a lie, is the only hope to save a lost child. Explore the depths of a parent's love and the moral dilemmas it can lead to.
Managing your characters' warmth, hunger, and fatigue is as important as winning battles. Rationing food and deciding when and how to establish a campsite will be crucial to survival in the harsh environment of a post-apocalyptic winter. What your characters wear affects how fast they lose warmth and must be balanced with gear that protects them in combat.
Turn-based tactical combat emphasises the realistic depiction of firefights. Suppression plays a vital role as every shot drains the Action Points of its target and those nearby. Defeating enemies requires the intelligent use of the fire and manoeuvre tactic. Your characters can have various special abilities to manipulate the battlefield - change turn order, transfer Action Points or mitigate suppression effects.
Emphasizes the tough decisions required in resource management and group dynamics. The sick and the children are unable to work - will you leave them to die or make them part of your pilgrimage?
Expand the scope of exploring extraterrestrial elements and their impact. In this post-apocalyptic world, ordinary people are fighting for survival while a struggle beyond their understanding torns apart the very structure of reality.
